Mischa Barton headed over to Caviar Kaspia restaurant in Paris, France to celebrate her 23rd birthday last night!

The former “OC” starlet was seen galevanting around with burlesque beauty Dita Von Teese who she attended the Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2009 show during Paris Fashion Week.
