Heidi Montag has a new music video for her single "Black Out," and it's basically her running around in a bikini trying to look sexy. The video is so low in quality that it looks like her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, filmed it on his cell phone! I'm not sure if this is meant to be a serious attempt at a music video so you will have to judge for yourself.
