Rihanna Busted After Tattoo Pictures Emerge
New photos of Rihanna at an East Village Tattoo parlor may land her in hot water with the police. Apparently, the singer actually tattooed a few customers as she is a big fan of tats and recently just added a few herself.
However, TMZ is reporting that Rihanna could be in trouble after violating the law regarding tattoo artists. “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this,” the NYC health department said.
