Bristol Palin & Levi Johnston's Ugly Custody Fight

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are having a nasty custody fight that just went public thanks to a judge’s ruling.

The NY Post is reporting that Bristol Palin’s request to keep the ugly battle private was rejected last week by a Superior Court judge. The father of Bristol's one year old son, Levi Johnston, pushed for the trial to become public because he does not "feel protected against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding. I hope that if it is open she will stay out of it. Bristol’s attorney is her attorney.” Bristol is pushing for sole custody of the child due to Levi's erratic behavior. She has pointed out that his recent nude photo shoot in Playgirl was too risque and that he has bragged about smoking weed on Twitter. Also, she demands that Levi's mother, Sherry Johnston, should not be allowed unsupervised visits with the baby due to her drug arrest that put her behind bars for three years. However, Johnston denies that he has avoided his responsibilities and is seeking shared custody.  His attorney, Rex Butler, claims that Bristol has not shown evidence that could stigmatize the child.
