Miley Cyrus just met the Queen! The teen star was among several stars to entertain Queen Elizabeth I and Prince Phillip at the UK’s annual Royal Variety Performance. Miley rocked the stage in a pair of leather hot pants and sand her hit song Party In The USA. The other entertainers included Chaka Khan, Lady Gaga and Whoopi Goldberg.
