Daniel Radcliffe's Drunk 21st Birthday

Daniel Radcliffe was spotted celebrating his 21st birthday at a party in London, England yesterday!

Harry Potter was looking pretty drunk while out on the street after downing several vodka shots at a nearby bar. Radcliffe was also spotted taking shots and celebrating his 21st in St. Petersburg, Russia recently. He said, “It was fantastic. I was in St Petersburg for my birthday, which is probably the most beautiful, the most incredible, wonderful place I’ve ever been in my life.”
