Apparently, Ashton was seen with the woman in a bathroom at the popular Italian restaurant Madeo in L.A. The witness said that, “Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her. I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn't Demi." However, @aplusk already tweeted his defense saying, I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees." @mrskutcher also doesn't seem too bothered by the report as she's been busy tweeting and even posted the sexy bikini pics below.
