The reality star recently let the cameras film her while she got Botox injections in her face. Kim took it pretty well and told the doctor that she doesn't need numbing cream."I think I can handle it. I have a really high tolerance for pain." Kim has been pretty open about getting Botox and possibly plastic surgery in the future. She said, "Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done. I'm totally not against plastic surgery. ... I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."
