Miley Cyrus looks different!

Miley was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday before her big duet with Justin Bieber at Madison Square Garden but it seems like Miley looks a bit different. It looks like her face suddenly got a little big bigger and rounder. Maybe she is just growing up before our eyes but there is defintily a difference from previous pictures.
