Katherine Heigl’s Hot Tub Drama

Katherine Heigl was just busted by the cops after a noisy hot tub incident.

The actress was spotted talking with police in a bikini after a neighbor complained that she and husband Josh Kelley were making too much noise in their hot tub. After she was busted by the cops, Heigl said that, “It’s such a bummer. Everyone else in the neighborhood is so awesome. This guy is always screaming at us. We were totally just making out. It was so PG, we're not idiots! And I'm like, 'I've had enough of this. This is ridiculous, this is harassment!'"
