The Gossip Girl and Green Lantern star was just spotted  strawberry blonde hair at Time’s 100 Most Influential People Gala in New York City last night. Blake's new red hot hair really stood out and looked great with her long, teal dress. Several other celebrities joined Blake including Darren Criss, Chris Colfer, Mark Wahlberg, Amy Poehler, Seth Meyers and many more!
