Lindsay Lohan is a free woman!

Lindsay Lohan was officially released from house arrest at 10:20 this morning. TMZ reports that Lohan didn't leave her Venice beach condo immediatetly but plans to go to Los Angeles' Downtown Women's Center to begin her public service. Lohan has stuck to the story of turning around her life but we'll see what happens when she is free to do what she pleases.
