Britney called up the fan at random , handcuffed him, wrapped him a pink boa and proceeded to give him a serious lap dance. After the show she tweeted, “Yes!!! Had so much fun… -Brit RT @berlinas @britneyspears you KILLED it in DC! Felt your energy from front row. Come back soon!!!!?”
