Blake Lively wore a see-through dress!

Blake was spotted wearing a pretty interesting blue, silver and white see-through dress at the Gossip Girl 100th Episode Celebration in New York City last night. The whole cast was on hand to celebrate the big moment including Leighton Meester who was also showing some skin, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick.
