Kelly Osbourne's Makeup Malfunction

Kelly Osbourne just had a makeup malfunction!

Kelly was spotted looking a bit off at The 5th Annual Art of Elysium's Heaven Gala in Los Angeles, California recently. Her makeup made her face look discolored and yellow while her dyed hair made her look a lot older than she really is.
