Miley Cyrus Shows Off New Bicep Tattoo

Miley Cyrus just got a bicep tattoo!

The 19 year old pop singer posed for a photo with the tattoo artist that inked the inside of her left bicep. TMZ reports that Miley, her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and few other friends stopped in Studio City Tattoos on Saturday night around 8 PM with a request to get the phrase "Love Never Dies" on her inner bicep.
