Britney Spears can't hide her chewed and bloody fingers!

The judge of the X-Factor seemed the have it together as attended the FOX Network UpFront 2012 Presentation in New York yesterday. However, aacloser look revealed that she might be battling some serious nerves as her fingers were gnarled up and bleeding. The 30 year old pop singer has been out of the spotlight for sometime and the new found attention might cause serious damage.
