Is Lady Gaga engaged?

The 26 year old pop star just posted the photo above with the caption,"Yes Tokyo! Tonight was the first BTWBall that I didn't puke during show. (yes its that hard) xoxoxxxo Love, gaga+terry." The Terry she's referring to is celeb photographer Terry Richardson who also appears  in some of the photos.
