Miley Cyrus Covers Up New Tattoo

Miley Cyrus just altered one of her tattoos!

The 19-years-old singer/actress was just spotted leaving Manny Pacquiao's tattoo shop in Hollywood with a large bandage over her existing roman numeral tattoo. Word is that she added anther number to the tattoo but has yet to explain what it actually means. She had the procedure done with her brother Trace, who is cover head to toe with tattoos.
