The 39 year old Modern Family actress who recently broke up with her boyfriend Nick Loeb, just tweeted a few revealing vacation photos. Sofia took the photos while on vacation on the Caribbean island of Anguilla with a few girlfriends. By the look of these new photos, Sofia isn't letting her recent break-up bother you too much.
