Miley Cyrus just tweeted a revealing corset photo!

The newly engaged pop star tweeted the photo above of herself wearing a super tight corset that shows her tiny waist and pushed up cleavage. The new photo comes on the heal of rumors that Miley mght be anorexic, claims that she denies. She has said that she's simply on a gluten free diet and does pilates everyday.
