Snooki take a tumble!

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is definitely pregnat but that didn't stop her from from wearing ill fitting shoes which caused her to take a tumble while on set of the new season of Jersey Shore. She was seen doing a little shopping when she took the tumble but she got back up right away with minimal damage done.
