Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce!

It's being reported that Katie was the one who filled the divorce papers and that Tom was blindsided by it. Katie's lawyers has said, "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest." Apparently, Tom had no idea that Katie was going to file for divorce and had no prior knowledge. As a result of Katie filling for divorce, there will be a long legal battle over the assets of the family.
