Miley Cyrus just revealed her new tattoo!

The already heavily inked star added another tattoo to her collection and this time it's political. Miley debuted the new inking yesterday, which is on her left forearm and reads, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." The quote from a 1910 President Theodore Roosevelt speech he made in Paris.
