Minka Kelly's former boyfriend has reappeared with news that he has a semi-professinal sext tape starring the Friday Night Lights actress. TMZ reports that the 30 minute long tape was filmed while the couple were in New Mexico. The one issue is that Minka might have been just under 18 in the video so it might not see the light of day since she was underage.
