Amanda Bynes In Another Hit-And-Run

Amanda Bynes was involved in yet another hit and run accident!

The troubled actress was reportedly involved in a hit and run car accident and she might have been drunk. A woman named Kisa told TMZ that she was driving her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley when she was hit by a black BMW driven by Bynes. She didn't recognize Bynes at first because she "looked like a hot mess" but soon realized it was her. Kisa asked to her exchange insurance but Bynes didn't want to do that or get the police involved. She claimed that there wasn't any damage to either car even though there was and simply drove off.
