The former Disney star was spotted out and about in New York City looking like a punk rocker. She wore a black t-shirt, short shorts, black combat boots and a huge gold chain as she and her manager walked around the East Village. Her new look is a far cry from the Disney singer and actress that millions of fans fell in love with.
