Amanda Bynes Seen Smoking From Drug Pipe

Amanda Bynes was just spotted smoking from a drug pipe!

The 26 year old actress was seen smoking what was believed to be marijuana from a pipe that was meant to be disguised as a cigarette. She smoked the pipe after she picked up som food from Baja Fresh then stuffed her face before heading to a spa. She was then seen weaving in and out of traffic erradically before parking in a Home Depot parking lot and lighting up the pipe once again.
