Ke$ha gets her hair and makeup done in the nude!

The always shocking pop star posted the photo above of herself getting her hair and makeup done while nude pre MTV Video Music Awards. She tweeted the revealing photos with the caption, "Just naked brushing my teeth pre VMAs!" She was latter spotted wearing a long black and white lace dress on the red carpet as she made her rounds.
