The reality show star stepped out in an eye-popping dress as she made her way to a magazine launch party in New York City last night. The black and white dress was cut-out in all the right places and showed off Kim's ample curves. She attended the party with her friend Jonathan Cheban since her boyfriend Kanye West was out of town.
