Lindsay Lohan's hit and run accident was caught on camera!

The accident happened outside the Dream Hotel in New York City around 2 am and got Lindsay arrested and put in jail for a few hours. The new surveillance video shows a pedestrian walking in front of the hotel when Lohan's car pulls up and allegedly hits him. it then shows the pedestrian running after her car.
