Miley Cyrus Accused Of Criminal Battery

Miley Cyrus has been accussed of criminal battery!

Miley and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth have been accused of criminal battery after an incident at Beacher’s Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel over the weekend. Apparently, another patron bumped into Liam's chair causing Miley to shove the person and hit them in the face. However, an eyewitness said that Miley did not hit anyone during the altercation.
