Miley Cyrus Shocks At The MTV VMA's

Miley Cyrus has shocked fans once again!

The 19 year old pop star showed up at last night's MTV Video Music Awards looking more like fellow singer Pink. She wore her new blonde hair up on the top of her head and showed off major cleavage in a black gown. He new look is a far cry from what she used to look like and her fans are generally not too happy about it.
