Gwyneth Paltrow shows off her awkward dance moves!

The 40 year old actress and wife of Coldplay's Chris Martin just took to the stage during a performance with Jay-Z. Gwyneth gladly jumped on stage and attempted to dance to Empire State Of Mind while sipping on a glass of champagne. However, the moves she broke out were pretty awkward and gave the crowd a good laugh.
