The New York Daily News is reporting that the pair were spotted at NYC hotspot 10ak. They were “dancing on each other, swaying their hips together from side to side. At one point, Bar reached down and grabbed Chace’s backside,” said the source. Apparently, they are spending some quality time together while Bar is in town for NY Fashion Week.

Bar Refaeli was out sans Leonardo DiCaprio hitting the club scene in Tel Aviv, Israel on Sunday. In attempt to try to escape the paparazzi camera's she bolted across the street, with a male stud by her side, to a nearby parked car. The sexy supermodel came awfully close though to getting hit by a car during her dash! Don't worry though she's okay!
Too bad Leo wasn't there to save her! The status of the pair is still unclear and although Leo wasn't on this trip they were recently spotted shopping together in a Hollywood Barnes & Noble. After the buzz on their split was out there pals of the the pair countered the break up claims saying "They are still together."

E! Online is reporting that the Israeli-born model is getting criticized from retired Israeli Major-General Elezar Stern for accepting an exemption from serving mandatory Israeli military service.
The former General denounced the Tal Law that exempts yeshiva students from the mandatory service. Stern also asked for a boycott of companies that employ the model. "Ever since they decided to put a draft-dodger on their products—external beauty overpowering internal beauty. I called the companies and the managers of those companies, and they told me 'that's what the youths like. I told them our job is to stress what the youths should like, not what they like now." Stern said.
