George Lopez’s Support For Conan O’Brien Was Faked

George Lopez’s Support For Conan O’Brien Was Faked

George Lopez's support to bring Conan O'Brien to TBS was faked! The host of Lopez Tonight welcomed Conan to his network with open arms and accepted a time slot move to midnight to make room for him. However, NY Post is reporting that, "George was initially opposed to the idea of moving his time slot to make room for Conan on TBS. He was told that if he wasn't supportive, his show would not be renewed. The Lopez camp is even more disheartened by the fact that Conan's contract states that if Lopez's show is canceled, then Conan will be able to develop a show for the midnight hour, as well . . . it's in Conan's best interest for Lopez's show to fail." Although, a TBS rep said, "These claims are completely untrue. TBS has been unequivocal in its support of George Lopez. Conan O'Brien and his team also fully support George's show." Lopez's rep said, "This information is false and fabricated."

Readers, do you think George Lopez is really in a war with Conan?

Quick Fact
It seems that the machines are winning in this digital age where voice-to-text is so prevalent. Many have abandoned the professional services of transcribers because they think that Androids and iPhones do much better jobs at documenting conversations. We are proud to say that the masses are wrong. A recent experiment placed man against machine in the battle for the accuracy and man, professional transcribers that is, defeated the competition. Whereas the machine mistook the word "ago" for "I go," professional transcribers had a knack for hearing and correctly interpreted the text. The playing field between man and technology is a bit more leveled.
