David Archuleta's Mormon Mission

Disappointing fans during a show, David Archuleta broke down in tears and announced he is taking a break from music.

Performing in his home state of Utah, the American Idol runner up emotionally told the crowd that he would be taking two-years off from his music career to fulfill a full-time mission with the Mormon Church! Explaining that “It's not because somebody told me that I was supposed to do it, not because that I no longer want to do music anymore, but it's because it's the feeling that I felt that I need to do next in my life." According to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, most Mormon missionaries are about 20 years old (David turns 21 on Dec. 28). The missions are not required, and missionaries pay their own expenses.

Jasmine Waltz is opening up about her affair with David Arquette!

TMZ reports that Waltz is now talking about her affair with David Arquette who just announced his separation from wife Courteney Cox. Arquette was actually the first to talk about his relationship with Jasmine but said that they had sex “once… maybe twice.”  However, Jasmine and her friends are telling a different story. Apparently, she is claiming that she had sex with David multiple times over the course of more than a month after they met through a mutual friend. David is still claiming that everything that happened between David and Jasmine occurred after he separated from Courteney Cox.

David Archuleta Spotted At Gay Bar

David Archuleta was just spotted at a gay bar in New York City! The American Idol singer was seen at Club 57 over the weekend sending the rumor mill into overdrive. There have been rumors about his sexuality in the past and this recent sighting definitely has not helped his cause. However, he explained that he was just watching a friend named, Charice Pempengco, perform at the club.

Archuleta said, "Mental note to self: always ask where before you go! Wasn't my kind of place lol, and I had no clue! I guess you live and learn. The upside was that Charice was awesome, and she has an incredible voice. Hope that clears things up! Been seeing some of the tweets.. sheesh!" He added, "I have friends who are gay, and they're great people. Whether they're gay or not doesn't change how I think of them. I have nothing against anyone, I'm sorry if that's how it came across. I'm just not into the partying scene lol."

David Archuleta’s Dad Busted in Prostitution Ring

Radar Online is reporting that David Archuleta’s dad, Jeff, was just busted in a prostitution sting in Midvale, Utah. The police said that they busted Jeff at a massage parlor in the middle of a sex act with a prostitute.

“Archuleta was on his stomach on the table with a masseuse in lace underwear. He said he’d found the place on Craigslist.” Archuleta’s lawyer claims that no sex act occurred and that he was just trying to get pain relief for his back.
