David Boreanaz Sued For Sexual Harassment

David Boreanaz is being sued for sexual harassment just months after he admitted he cheated on his wife with Tiger Woods' mistress Rachel Uchitel. 

An actress named Kristina Hagan claims that while driving in a car Boreanaz “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.” He then “unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.“ She also claims that Boreanaz grabbed, kissed, fondled her and then “masturbated in front of her” while in his trailer.

Rachel Uchitel's Texts to David Boreanaz Leaked

Rachel Uchitel's texts to David Boreanaz have been leaked! Uchitel, who was outed as Tiger Woods' mistress, has also been rumored to be Boreanaz's fling a few months back while Boreanaz's wife was pregnant. The pair both denied that they had any sort of relationship but now there are text messages to prove it. RadarOnline posted the following alleged text messages that show Uchitel desperately seeking attention from Boreanaz.

Uchitel: "I need you here so we can be together."

Boreanaz: "This is not a good time."

Uchitel: "I can't do this anymore ... Just go, just (bleeping) go and be with her."

Boreanaz: "Why do u act like such a (bleeping) child!!! She is my wife."

Uchitel: "Oh, please!! ... You're such a liar. You're never leaving. You've wasted my time and I'm once again alone. I can't (bleeping) be alone anymore. I've been alone my entire life."

Boreanaz: "What the HELL are you talking about. We spend more than enough time together."

Rachel Uchitel Says David Boreanaz Is Not In Her Life

Rachel Uchitel had issued a statement claiming that she has nothing to do with rumored fling David Boreanaz and she is not trying to extort money from him. She said, "David Boreanaz is not part of my life, nor will he be. I am not in communication with him and do not wish to be. I have made no claims against him and do not plan to assert any. Any statements to the contrary are false and I hope that this statement will finally end any speculation about this issue. I am looking forward to a life that is not filled with scandal, rumor, innuendo or false statements about me. I will not have any further comment regarding David Boreanaz."

David Boreanaz Cheated On Wife With Rachel Uchitel

Actor David Boreanaz has just admitted that he cheated on his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman.

He told People that, "I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion." Although Boreanaz didn't identify who the woman, it's pretty clear that it's his former rumored mistress Rachel Uchitel. The pair were reportedly having an affair for months last year while his wife was pregnant. It's also interesting that Uchitel's other man, Tiger Woods, might have know about Boreanaz as a erotic fantasy of Woods involved him. Woods reportedly wrote, "I had a dream we were married and I was leading the tournament. I came home, excited to see you, and there you were in the bedroom getting f--ked by Derek [Jeter] and David [Boreanaz]. Some part of me thinks you would like that."

However, Boreanaz says he and Jaime are "working on our marriage, we're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."
