Hoping the saying “third times a charm” will bode well for her, Halle Berry has decided to walk down the aisle again!

Berry’s boyfriend of more than one year Olivier Martinez, reportedly popped the question with a diamond-and-emerald engagement ring over the holidays.  Jewelry designer Gurhan’s reps confirmed he was the designer of the bling bling for the 45 year old actress. Even though past relationships haven’t gone so well for the starlet sources say Berry, "had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He's a keeper!" 

Berry has 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey, who she dated for about five years.  We'll all be wondering if more kids will be in the future for this leading lady and her hubby to be! (Getty Images)

The actress was spotted celebrating her 45th birthday in an orange bikini on the beaches of Malibu, California. She was spotted with her daughter Nahla and her boyfriend Oliver Martinez as she frolicked on the beach and enjoyed the warm day in the sun.

Halle Berry's nasty voicemail has leaked!

The custody battle between her and Gabriel Aubry is getting even uglier and a new, damaging voicemail has leaked. Apparently, Aubry saved a voicemail he got from Halle after he was spotted on a date with reality star Kim Kardashian. A source told RadarOnline that, “She left a crazy message on Gabe’s cell just after some pictures came out of him at a Lakers game with a girl last year. She is mega, mega p***ed in the message, calling him, and the girl, all kinds of names – it’s certainly something Halle wouldn’t want heard. Gabriel played it to me at the time, and said: ‘see what I have to deal with?!’ I really felt for the guy – I mean, he hadn’t done anything wrong….just gone on a date!"

Halle Berry's Custody Battle Turns Racial

Halle Berry's custody battle has turned racial!

The actresses custody battle with her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, has really turned ugly as they battle it out in court over there 2 yeaer old daughter Nahla. TMZ reports that Aubry actually called Halle the N word and a "f**king bitch" to her face. He also sent several vulgur text messages that Berry is breaking out as evidence against him. A source also said that "He constantly demeaned her.  It was awful." We'll have to wait and see who the court sides with in this bitter custody battle.

Halle Berry Gets Plastic Surgery

Halle Berry just got plastic surgery!

Well, sorta. The talented actress was spotted by the paparazzi looking a bit bloated from drastic facial plastic surgery. However, the plastic surgery is for a new movie called Truth or Dare which Halle is currently filming. Halle dons extreme facial prosthetics and large fake breasts for her role as a career driven woman is set up to take the fall for corporate embezzlement after her college friend from Las Vegas drops back into her life.
