The former model was having a great time during a vacation in Hawaii until her 7 year old son and nanny nearly drown. However, she saved them both by springing into action when she saw that they were caught in a massive riptide. After the heroic act she said, "We got pulled into the ocean by a big wave. Of course, as a mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water."

The scars along with her issues with her husband Spencer Pratt and the tragic death of her plastic surgeon are just a few things that have gone wrong since the surgeries. Montag has finally admitted that it was a mistake to transform her body so drastically. She told the magazine that, "The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek. People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body."

Heidi Montag says that her doctor ruined her.

Heidi is now regretting her decision to get plastic surgery that altered her look drastically. She recently said that the late Dr. Frank Ryan led her on and pushed her to get the surgery. She said, “It was a lot harder than I was led on by my doctor…I didn’t know how excessive it really was.” However, her new opinion of Dr. Ryan comes just days after she said that it was impossible to work in Hollywood without breast implants.

She recently told Life & Style that she plans to have her G-cup implants removed. “I’m desperate to go back to normal. I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D.” She added that she feels trapped and that the makeover ruined her marriage. "No one wants to be taking care of his wife who looks like she'd been in a horrific accident."
