Kourtney Kardashian is embroiled in a baby custody battle!

The reality star is is fighting a male model named Premo Stallone (Real name: Michael Girgenti) who claims that he is the real father of her and Scott Disick's son Mason. Apparently he and Kourtney hooked up 10 months before mason was born and wants her to take a paternity test. A california lawyer told Hollywood Life that "It is theoretically possible that if she declines the judge could rule against her and grant Michael paternity and the rights that go along with that. Shockingly, California Law permits anyone that alleges that they are the father of a child to sue for paternity. The court is required to order the genetic testing and if a party refuses to submit to the test, the court may automatically grant the other party paternity. That means that if Kourtney refuses to submit to genetic testing, the court could find Michael is the father and would award him visitation rights and he would have to option to sue for custody."

Kourtney Kardashian Tweets New Look

Kourtney Kardashian is looking a bit different these days.

The reality starred just tweeted a photo of a new makeover which includes new bangs and hair color. Along with the photo she wrote, "Glam party with @makeupmatthew and Peter Savic cut me some bangs!" Kourtney also just lost about 45 lbs of pregnancy weight to go along with her new look.

Kim Kardashian just tweeted an old school photo!

The photo shows Kim, Kourtney and Khloe during a bikini photoshoot that happened about 5 years ago. The photo shows the sister glamed up in bikinis as they stike a pose for the camera. It was also one of the first photoshoots that the now super famous sisters did together.

The Kardashian's just released their Christmas card!

The annual Christmas card from the famous family is definitely more elegant than it has been in the past and shows the whole family dressed in white. Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and the rest of family were all present but Kim's boyfriend Kanye West was not invited this year. One of the younger family members, Kendall Jenner, stole the show in a backless dress and Christian Louboutin high heels.

Kourtney Kardashian’s Birth Caught on Camera

Kourtney Kardashian's birth was caught on camera!

The reality star decided to let the cameras film the birth of her second child who she named Penelope. The birth will air on her show, Keeping Up WIth The Kardashian's, and shows the whole family there in support of Kourtney. Of the birth, Kourtney said, "It’s such a magical feeling to say hello to my baby girl. Her name is Penelope.” Her other child, Mason quickly interjected with, "No, her name is sister!"
