Lauren Conrad is returning to reality tv!

The former Hills star was recently spotted filming scenes for her brand new reality show in Los Angeles, CA. LC recently said that, "I’m excited to have greater control over things. I’m just happy to act as a producer and do things on my terms. When you are working really hard and you’re really focused on your career, a lot of other things suffer. It takes a lot of effort to have a successful career, have great relationships in your life and have a healthy lifestyle. It’s just about compromise." She added, “It helps if your friends and boyfriend like to work out because then you can kill two birds with one stone.”

Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port are speaking out against plastic surgery now that there former cast mate, Heidi Montag, has gone extreme with her surgeries. “I think it’s a personal thing. They feel like it’s necessary and it’s going to make them feel more confident." Whitney said in a recent interview. Lauren added, "It’s hard because you’re in that position where you’re being criticized for everything. Do you ignore it, and try to be beautiful on your own and be happy with the way you look? or do you listen to the criticism. They put them on this platform, and they tear them apart and then they criticize them even more for changing themselves. I think you just try and be confident with the way you are.”

    * Lauren Conrad: $125,000/episode
    * Audrina Patridge, Lauren Bosworth, Heidi Montag: $100,000/episode
    * Kristin Cavallari: $90,000/episode
    * Spencer Pratt: $65,000/episode
    * Brody Jenner: $45,000/episode

Lauren Conrad Tops the New York Times Best Seller List

Lauren Conrad's new book, L.A. Candy, is on top of the New York Times Best Seller List! The book, which is loosely based on her life, has been atop the list for two weeks.

“If someone said to me five years ago when this all started that I would one day make the New York Times Best Seller list I wouldn’t have believed it. I am so honored that it is now a reality,” Lauren told People.
