Mark Ruffalo's Brother Killed Playing Russian Roulette

Shaha Mishaal Adham, the lead suspect in the murder of Mark Ruffalo's brother, claims Scott Ruffalo shot himself accidentally during a game of Russian Roulette.

"We expect the coroners report to show the shooting was a result of the victim's chronic playing of Russian Roulette and his dangerous playing with firearms while under the use of controlled substances," Adham's attorney Ronald Richards said Tuesday.

I really thought playing Russian Roulette only happened in the movies. I guess not.

Mark Ruffalo's Brother Shot in Head

Mark Ruffalo's brother, a hairstylist named Scott, was shot in the head in Beverly Hills this week!

Sources tell ET that the Ruffalo family "is being very supportive of each other during this family tragedy."

Police are investigating this as we speak.
