Matthew Fox was just arrested for DUI.
The Lost actor was busted for driving under the influence of alcohol. TMZ reports that Fox was driving to a late night fast food restaurant in Bend, Oregon when he was pulled over and deemed intoxicated. He was taken into custody, spent the night in jail and then release on bail. No word yet if he will officially be charged.

Matthew Fox was detained for punching a woman!
The Lost actor was detained by cops in Cleveland, Ohio after he allegedly assaulted a woman outside of a bar. TMZ reports that Fox tried to enter a party bus but was stopped by a woman bus driver. He then got angry and allegedly punched her in the breast and the lower "stomach area" which caused the women to punch him in the face. After the altercation the women told cops that she broke her hand as a result of punching Fox in retaliation.
