After recently filing a restraining order, Mel Gibson’s 78 year old step-mother Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson says Mel is the reason for the divorce from Mel’s father Hutton Gibson and wants him to pay up!

The legal documents recently filed in L.A. County Superior Court requests that the judge order Mel to pay her legal costs estimated around $65,000. This is on top of the $15,000 a month spousal support she is requesting from Hutton. Teddy claims that Mel is the one that pushed Hutton to file for divorce, even making him give her the boot from their shared home. Mel is also supposedly footing the bill for his father’s legal costs surrounding the divorce. There is a ruling today regarding Teddy’s latest request.

On a lighter note I would say the legal "woes" of the people featured in this hilarious new video are much more sugar coated then Mel’s! Mel Gibson was caught exploding on screenwriter Joe Eszterhas while at his home on Costa Rica where they teamed up to film a movie called The Maccabees. Apparently, Gibson's freak out was unprompted and started as he was starring at a photo of his daughter. He stared yelling and saying saying things like, "Why don’t I have a first draft of The Maccabees? What the fuck have you been doing? He then went on to rip into his ex Oksana Grigorieva, saying, "I am earning money for a filthy little cocksucker who takes advantage of me!"

Mel Gibson just showed his plumber crack!

The troubled actor was spotted looking a bit tired and irritated as he walked out for a smoke on the balcony of his hotel in Cannes, France. He also showed a little extra skin as he bent down to pick up hit lighter that he dropped. In related news, his new movie called The Beaver has really bombed at the box office making a rough week for the actor.

Mel Gibson's New Mug Shot

Mel Gibson has a new mug shot!

The troubled actor posed for  brand new mug shot last night after pleading no contest to battery. The new shot was taken at the El Segundo Police Department and shows Mel in a much more serious state then his DUI mug shot. He will reportedly serve 16 hours of community service and a year of counseling after allegedly beating his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

Mel Gibson’s Beaver Trailer

Mel Gibson's Beaver trailer is here!

The trailer for Mel's new movie was actually directed by acclaimed actress Jodie Foster and focuses on a stuffed Beaver that Mel uses to communicate. Mel plays a troubled family man and executive who decides to "adopt a beaver hand-puppet as his sole means of communicating." The movie first will hit theaters in the Netherlands on January 6, 2011 but no U.S. release date has been announced.
