The brand new video was shot from the police cruisers dashboard cam and shows the famous actress getting arrested. The police officer is heard telling Reeese to stay in the car but she doesn't listen and gets out to talk to him. She then continues to be aggressive and say "I'm an American citizen" over and over. After the cop handcuffs her for disorderly conduct, she is heard saying "Do you know who I am?" inferring that he shouldn't arrest her because she's famous.

A source told People magazine that the 37-year-old actress is "a Southern sorority girl to her core. The brand new footage shows the famous actress in the parking lot of the Atlanta police office getting out of the car and un-handcuffed. She is then brought into the station to get booked for disorderly conduct due to her behavior while her husband Jim Toth was being questioned for driving while drunk.

The Oscar-winning actress was arrested for disorderly conduct after her husband was stopped on suspicion of drink driving. She and husband Jim Toth were stopped while driving in Atlanta in the wee hours of the morning after the car was swerving. Reese told the state tropper, "Do you know my name? You’re about to find out who I am…you’re about to be on national news." She then got out of the car to argue with the officer and would not stay in the car when told to. After the arrest she released an apology saying, "I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I’m very sorry for my behavior."
