Rosie O'Donnell Engaged

Rosie O'Donnell Engaged

Shortly after meeting Michelle Rounds,  Rosie O’Donnell has popped the question and given her new love some bling bling to sport on her ring finger.

Apparently the two first met over the summer in a Starbucks but became official with a public debut in September and took the next step quickly after by moving in with each other in October.  O’Donnell announced the news of their engagement in front of a studio audience during her show, "The Rosie Show" on Friday. The comedian then tweeted a pic of headhunter Rounds with the ring and received lots of congratulatory tweets back! One person who she probably didn’t get a tweet from was Round’s dad Roger Rounds who back in October shared with the media he didn’t even know his daughter was a Lesbian. He said, "It totally hit us out of left field. This has been a painful experience for me and my wife. We'd always held out hope that Michelle would eventually find a nice guy to marry, settle down and have kids."

No date has been announced yet but it’s rumored to be a winter wedding! This is the second marriage for O’Donnell.  The first was with Kelli Carpenter with whom she has four children with.

Quick Fact
It seems that the machines are winning in this digital age where voice-to-text is so prevalent. Many have abandoned the professional services of transcribers because they think that Androids and iPhones do much better jobs at documenting conversations. We are proud to say that the masses are wrong. A recent experiment placed man against machine in the battle for the accuracy and man, professional transcribers that is, defeated the competition. Whereas the machine mistook the word "ago" for "I go," professional transcribers had a knack for hearing and correctly interpreted the text. The playing field between man and technology is a bit more leveled.
