Stephanie Pratt won’t be returning to the MTV reality show The Hills for season 6. Pratt has been saying that it was her choice to leave the show but it's now being reported that she was fired by MTV.
Star reports that, “The show is her only identity. To avoid public embarrassment, her MTV bosses allowed Stephanie, 23, to make it seem like she was quitting over drama with bad girl Kristin Cavallari." They also report that Stephanie constantly bashed the show when interviewed calling it "brutal" and that she "couldn't stand it." Also, he issues with drinking, dui arrest and rehab visit are not what the producers of the show want from their stars.

Stephanie Pratt is going to rehab!
The Hills star is planning on going to a 30-day residential rehab facility. This comes just weeks after she plead not guilty to her DUI charge she got after partying at Holly Montag's birthday party. Pratt was quoted as saying that the arrest "was the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, it was the biggest blessing."

TMZ reports that Pratt was out celebrating Holly Montag's 25th birthday at Hollywood club Empire as seen in the pictures. After the party was over, Pratt was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving at 3:45 a.m. in Hollywood and taken to Van Nuys jail. A few spectators outside the club saw Pratt get arrested and started taking pictures. Then, some of her friends got ticked off and started a fight! Her bail was set at $5,000 and apparently she is still in jail!

MTV's reality show The Hills debuted last night but the real drama is going on behind the scenes. Hollyscoop is reporting that Stephanie Pratt is leaving the show. Pratt revealed this in an interview saying, "I think Audrina, Lo and I are all going to leave after these 10 episodes. I don't know how much more I can take of The Hills. I was going to stay and see what happens after these ten episodes, but I just don't think I can stand The Hills anymore."
The young star did just land a freelance fashion correspondent for the E! network so maybe she wants to focus on that? Do you think it's a smart move for Stephanie to leave The Hills?
