It's being reported that the longtime friends have started a romantic relationship. When asked about Rumer and the situation with her mom Demi, Zac replied, "Yeah, she's doing OK. She's doing fine. It's tough, but I think she's all right." He quickly then changed the subject to talk about his upcoming Dr. Suess movie.

Miley and Zac were both spotted at Aly and AJ Michalka Halloween party decked out in costumes. Miley wore scary face paint and a cleavage barring black top while Zac spotted a Reno 911 police outfit. Along with the Miley and Zac photos, Aly and AJ tweeted a photo of themselves with Emma Roberts saying, “Love our friends xo"

Ashley Tissale got a surprise visit from Zac Efron during her 26th birthday party yesterday. Efron made the surprise appearance during Tisdale's beach party in Malibu, California. He was seen giving Tisdale a piggyback ride down to the water and enjoying his time with the birthday girl. Ashley tweeted,"So happy zacary made it to my party!!! He's my brother/best friend!!!" Zac Efron was just spotted with Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel!
The newly singer actor was seen with Swanepoel at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles for a Plan B concert. A source said that Efron and Swanepoel first hooked up at the Roxbury nightclub last month and they are still seeing each other. “They were introduced by a mutual friend. They started talking and drinking and then a few hours later, once he had wined and dined her at the nightclub, they went into a VIP room and she started, how can I put this, orally servicing him in front of quite a few male and female friends. They then left the club and went to her house and continued their escapade,” the source said.

The "Charlie St Cloud" actor was spotted giving surfing a try while in Sydney, Australia yesterday. Efron was spotted a red O'Neill rash guard and board shorts as he hit the waves at the popular Bondi Beach. He actually did catch a few waves with the help of a few professional surfers and friends who were in the water with him.
